Job Description:
The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P - Director role is pivotal in shaping and executing strategies within our team and organization. This role requires a dynamic individual who can proactively identify and lead developments of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products. The focus is on multiple brands, channels, lines, or teams with broadly defined objectives, often spanning multi-country clusters or regions.

Job Qualifications
8-10 years prior experience
Demonstrated ability to drive strategy execution within a team or organization
Experience in identifying and leading developments of new ideas or products
Proven track record in managing multiple brands or teams with broadly defined objectives
Strong collaboration and networking skills across internal or external boundaries
Experience in managing & leading a team to accomplish results
