Who we are looking for An effective and self-motivated team player who can work under tight deadlines and able to perform duties under minimum supervision. Prior working knowledge on Reference data services would be an added advantage however Capital Markets knowledge would be essential.
Why this role is important to us The team you will be joining is a part of Reference Data Services which is key to the success of overall service delivery to State Street clients. The team is involved in setting up and validation of securities of various asset types and setting up of other static data . The team also interacts with various internal and external stake holders to ensure timely and accurate services to the clients across all regions. .
What you will be responsible for As a team member of Reference Data Services you will
Work within a team of operations professionals responsible for all aspects of Reference Data processing and reviews
Adhere to procedures and complete all tasks in accurate and timely manner.
Act as key day to day contact for internal and external stakeholders, work to resolve issues, and recommend process improvements
Learn and develop subject matter expertise related to Reference Data and proactively seek out ways to identify and address inefficiencies
Act with sense of ownership and accountability within the team and broader organization What we value

Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines
Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to self -prioritize tasks and ensure flawless service delivery to the clients
Strong awareness risks associated with the process and follow best practices
Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a Business-related major preferred
5+ yr. experience in Reference Data services, Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, Trade processing or trade monitoring processes
Preferred System experience: GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, DTCC
Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English language Additional requirements Should be willing to work in NA shifts
