- A good communications skill is a must. Must have a demonstrated ability to relate to customer representatives at various levels.
- Must have good technical writing skills and have experience in writing test and implementation / Migration plans.
- Skills and experience in working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork needed
SDA
- Experience with product lines like Catalyst 9000/3850/6800. Engineer must be experienced in and have internal product and/or Architecture knowledge.
- Working knowledge and experience on LISP, BGP, OSPF, ISIS, Multicast, vrf-lite, VXLAN, CTS, dot1x, spanning tree
- Knowledge on any industry SDN solution

Knowledge of Enterprise Routing and familiarity with SP L2 and L3VPN Services. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Cisco SDWAN Architecture, Components, and Roles o Hands-on experience on Cisco ISR1K/4K, ASR1K and Cat8K platforms [Also vEdge platforms] o Knowledge in Routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IPSec, and Switching: STP, HSRP, VRRP, Trunk, EtherChanel, Stack, etc o Able to build test setups with SDWAN controllers and routers. o Hands-on experience with SDWAN features like: ZTP, Plug-and-Play, TLOC and Colors, BFD, Different NAT Types, OMP, T-LOC Extension, Overlay topologies (Hub&Spoke and Mesh), SDWAN QoS and Multicast, Application Aware Routing, Segmentation, Remote Access, Device and Feature Templates, Control and Data Policies. o Good To Know: Multi-Region Fabric, Cloud On-Ramp (IaaS, SaaS, Multi-Cloud), ThousandEyes, IOS-XE Security Features, Security Services Edge (SSE)
