We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate support to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
Support customers via phone, chat, or email, meeting performance goals
Own customer issues through to resolution, escalating when needed
Document interactions accurately and keep customer information updated
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care
Required:
🌍 B2+ English communication skills (minimum)
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent
