Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual)
Project Role Description : Ensure solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior. Design test cases, identify and document defects, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer specializing in manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that solutions meet the defined requirements and user expectations. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing tests to uncover any inconsistencies or defects, and thoroughly documenting findings. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to address issues promptly and ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for end users. The position demands a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle, contributing to seamless and successful releases.

Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
Mentor junior team members to build their skills and support their professional growth.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on quality objectives and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
Good To Have Skills: Retail Industry, Retail Store Operations, Retail Analytics.
Strong ability to interpret and analyze business requirements to develop effective test scenarios.
Experience in designing and executing manual test cases to validate software functionality.
Skilled in defect identification, documentation, and tracking to facilitate timely resolution.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
