Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MariaDB BPMN Modeling Appian RPA Appian AI and Appian Solution Development. Experience in COTS Products and Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. This role requires working from our office during day shifts with no travel required.

Responsibilities :
Design and implement robust technology architectures that align with business goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain scalable solutions using MariaDB ensuring optimal database performance.
Utilize BPMN Modeling to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Leverage Appian RPA to automate repetitive tasks increasing productivity and reducing errors.
Integrate Appian AI capabilities to deliver intelligent solutions that drive business insights.
Lead Appian Solution Development projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring best practices are followed.
Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the organization.
Ensure all solutions are compliant with industry regulations and company policies.
Document all architectural designs and decisions for future reference and knowledge sharing. -Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of MariaDB and its application in large-scale environments.
Demonstrate proficiency in BPMN Modeling for process optimization.
Have hands-on experience with Appian RPA and AI to enhance automation capabilities.
Exhibit expertise in Appian Solution Development delivering high-quality applications.
Experience with COTS Products in BFS Ast&Wlth is advantageous.
Knowledge of Asset & Wealth Management processes is beneficial.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
