About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

We’re looking for a dedicated, driven and hardworking Public Relations Specialist to join NVIDIA’s Physical AI PR team, working out of our Santa Clara headquarters. You’ll support communications programs spanning some of the most exciting areas of technology, including robotics, industrial AI and digital twins, autonomous vehicles, world models and the technologies enabling intelligent machines to understand, reason about and act in the physical world.
This is an opportunity to work alongside experienced communications professionals and collaborate with teams across NVIDIA to help tell the story of physical AI — from foundational technologies and developer platforms to breakthrough products, research, customers and partnerships transforming industries.
What you’ll be doing:
Flawlessly execute PR plans and programs supporting NVIDIA’s physical AI businesses and technologies across robotics, industrial AI, automotive, world models and related areas
Help develop press releases, blogs, bylined articles, media pitches, briefing materials, FAQs and other communications content
Manage logistical details for PR events and activities, including announcement pre-briefs, media interviews, press tours, demos, industry events and executive engagements
Maintain and develop media lists and support media outreach across technology, business, automotive, robotics, manufacturing and AI press, as well as emerging publications and creators covering physical AI
Track, analyze and share meaningful media coverage, industry trends and related news relevant to NVIDIA and the physical AI ecosystem
Coordinate review and approval processes for partner announcements, blogs and other communications materials, working across internal teams and external organizations
Support press briefing planning from preparation through execution, including scheduling, helping with briefing documents, and follow-up
Explore and apply AI tools that can make communications workflows, research, media intelligence and measurement more effective
What we need to see:
2+ years of experience in communications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
Strong writing, copyediting and storytelling skills
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to learn complex technologies and communicate why they matter
Passion for technology, AI and the rapidly evolving intersection of computing and the physical world
Interest in pioneering new ways to use AI for communications and PR
A proactive, resourceful approach and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
PR, communications or journalism experience covering or working in AI, robotics, autonomous vehicles, automotive, manufacturing, industrial technology or enterprise technology
Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and turn them into clear, accessible and compelling communications
Hands-on experience supporting product launches, partner announcements, media briefings, events or integrated PR campaigns
Familiarity with media intelligence, measurement or CRM platforms
A can-do attitude, strong judgment, curiosity and a growth mindset
