Position: Materials & Engineering Specialist
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$90/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
Author domain-authentic tasks from your materials science or engineering experience.
Build a data room and grading criteria for objectively scorable tasks.
Run tasks against the model, analyze performance, and iterate for genuine discrimination.
Collaborate with the project lead and domain experts to define "good" in your domain.
Work independently and shape the evolving work structure.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Senior expertise in materials science or engineering domains.
Comfortable with ambiguity and shaping evolving work.
Ability to explain both correct and incorrect answers.
