Executive - Product Management

We are hiring | Executive – Product Management
We are looking for an Executive – Product Management to join our Product Management team at Voltas Beko.
Key Responsibilities
Support the management of assigned product categories throughout the product lifecycle
Conduct market, competitor and consumer analysis to identify opportunities and gaps
Support new product launches, including product positioning, feature benchmarking and launch readiness
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams
Monitor category performance, market trends and competitor activities
Support product portfolio, pricing and business performance analysis
Coordinate product-related activities and follow up on key actions across functions
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be an advantage
2–3 years of relevant experience in Product Management or a related role
Experience in the Home Appliances / Consumer Durables industry is preferred
Experience in any one or more of the following categories will be a strong advantage: Refrigerators, Washing Machines, and Cooking Appliances
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
