Role description
Minimum 8 years of experience in Fusion HCM Cloud with implementation experience on Core HR Absence Talent Recruiting OTL Learning Payroll Compensation Min 3 modules
Need to familiar with Redwood screens for below modules
o Global Human resource
o Payroll
o Compensation
o Talent
o ORC
o Absence
Define and document the approach for Redwood UI enablement across the systems
Identify modulespecific adoption needs and map them to business requirements
Provide roadmap timelines and sequencing for migration and rollout
Ability to generate reports and migration files using Redwood personalization helper tool
Ability to customize pages fields and section using Visual builder
Ability to write business rules validation rules guided journeys as per the client requirements
Good understanding on VBS administration and security
Good understanding on VBS branching concepts and able to build branching strategies for client requirements
Ability to add different environments to VBS
Ability creates different jobs and builds to handle deployments
Ability to leverage VBS capabilities to solution the out of the box requirements
Good understanding on fusion security module
Ability to find missing privileges security policies and roles to fix the issues related to Redwood security issues errors and page load issues
Ability to implement New OutoftheBox Solutions in VBS
