Role Description The Human Resources Apprentice role is an on-site internship based in Mumbai. The apprentice will support HR operations by assisting with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining applicant records. Day-to-day responsibilities may include helping with onboarding documentation, maintaining employee databases, and supporting HR compliance and reporting. The role also involves contributing to employee engagement initiatives, assisting with HR communications, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth HR processes. The apprentice will gain exposure to core HR functions and best practices in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of human resources principles and interest in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail in documentation and data management.
Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software) and comfort working with HR systems or databases.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate within a team, and maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
Demonstrated willingness to learn, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and a professional, ethical approach to work.
