Senior Oracle EPM Functional Consultant - Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focusing on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and participating in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and post-implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective and efficient Oracle EPM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
Conduct workshops and meetings with client stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Configure and customize Oracle EPM applications to meet client needs, including setting up consolidation rules, reconciliation formats, and risk control matrices.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented solutions.
Create and deliver training materials to end-users and system administrators.
Recommended Qualifications:
10+ years of relevant experience as Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant
Must to have experience on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS, FCCS, and RMC.
Good to have Java full stack skills
Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js, React), Python, or Go.
Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Architecture: Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless setups.
DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
