Join us as a Working Student in Program Analytics & Process Automation. In this role, you will support data-driven solutions that increase transparency, efficiency, and compliance across large European innovation and subsidy programs, helping to manage publicly funded research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of process automations using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot to improve the efficiency of internal workflows.
Support the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of project and subsidy-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
Assist in creating and maintaining automated monitoring, verification, and compliance processes in alignment with internal and external requirements.
Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for program leadership and relevant stakeholders.
Support day-to-day operational and organizational activities within program management.
Your Profile
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured and complex datasets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or similar business intelligence and automation tools is considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and a structured, independent way of working.
Interest in the intersection of technology, business processes, data analytics, and process automation.
Quick learner with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
