Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer
Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns across email, mobile, and web channels
Configure and manage workflows, decision rules, and audience segmentation
Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and other enterprise systems
Handle API integrations and real-time data pipelines for seamless data exchange
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve campaign and platform-related issues
Analyze campaign results and drive continuous optimization and performance improvement
Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for operational excellence
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Support ongoing platform enhancements and innovation initiative
Job Requirements
Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for customer journey design and orchestration
Solid expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) including schemas, segmentation, and Real-Time Customer Profile
Proficiency in API integrations and managing cross-platform data flows • Experience in real-time data processing and event-driven architectures
Strong understanding of workflow configuration, decisioning logic, and personalization strategies
