About the Team and the Role:
The Creative team at Ather is responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact creative, communication, and content solutions that build brand desirability and drive engagement across various product and motherbrand platforms.
This role is for a Senior Copywriter who will lead campaign development, crack creative strategies for product launches, and build brand personality through high-quality writing across diverse channels including TV, digital, and social media.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize creative and content solutions to build desirability in launch markets and lead campaigns for motherbrand and product briefs.
Execute content engagement plans to keep prospective owners and current owners continuously engaged with the brand.
Build brand personality by writing high-quality copy for TV commercials, print ads, digital films, launch keynotes, and social channels.
Develop and refresh campaigns around OTA, CI, vehicles, and the ecosystem while cracking creative strategies for product upgrades.
Support Sales, Ownership Management, and Retail Partner teams with effective customer communication and cross-functional content.
Collaborate closely with Brand Managers, Product teams, and designers to build cohesive brand stories and creative solutions.
Track the quality and engagement of content across different platforms and activities to ensure high-performance output.
Engage with the wider creative team to understand briefs and actively seek feedback to refine and improve copy.
Must Have Competencies:
Demonstrate expert-level creative thinking to generate original and impactful brand solutions.
Possess an advanced understanding of current trends in content development to keep the brand relevant.
Apply advanced creative writing skills to produce high-quality copy across multiple media formats.
Utilize advanced oral and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate across functions.
Good to have Competencies:
Effectively manage content projects and delivery timelines using established management principles.
Utilize blog hosting tools like Medium to publish and manage long-form brand content.
Familiarity with leveraging AI models like ChatGPT and Midjourney to enhance the creative process.
Ability to use email tools such as Drip to execute targeted customer communication plans.
