We are looking for an Executive – Market Research to support market/business data analysis, incentive planning, reporting and data validation activities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with secondary/internal data, preparing reports, validating data and supporting incentive-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and understand secondary/internal data systems.
Support incentive planning, compilation, disbursement and monitoring.
Perform data validation, updates and quality checks.
Prepare user-friendly reports and dashboards using internal/secondary data.
Coordinate communication and approval processes with stakeholders.
Support incentive design and related analysis.
Identify data gaps and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
