Talent Acquisition Intern

Role Overview:
Wakefit is looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Intern to join our growing
People Team. The role involves managing end-to-end hiring across functions while partnering
closely with business leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
● Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
● Develop sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media,
and networking channels.
● Screen profiles, conduct preliminary assessments, and coordinate interview processes.
● Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
● Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
● Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer conversion,
and joining ratios.
● Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen Wakefit’s talent market presence.
● Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding
processes.
● Stay updated on talent market trends, competitor hiring activities, and recruitment best
practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Fresher/Experience hiring for business, operations, customer experience, marketing, supply
chain, retail, or technology functions.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
● Exposure to employer branding, campus hiring, or talent engagement initiatives will be
an added advantage.
