Reporting To : Executive Chef
A Demi Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while assisting with food cost controls.
Who are we looking for?
A Demi Chef de Partie serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
Experience in an international hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred.
Relevant culinary qualification or vocational certification (or equivalent).
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
A positive and professional attitude.
Strong communication skills.
A quality-driven approach with excellent attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
