役割と責任
この役割では、社内外の顧客サービス（技術サポート、注文・支払い関連のサポート、クレーム管理など）を担当していただきます。日々の業務では、関連部署と連携し、案件の完全な責任体制を確保します。また、適切なソリューションを提供することで顧客満足度を高め、専門知識を発揮していただきます。勤務形態はハイブリッドです。 この役割は、日本のエレクトリフィケーション事業本部、配電ソリューション事業部に所属します。
主な業務内容
営業からの注文書受領、SAPへの入力、購買発注（PO）作成、在庫管理、納品管理、物流手配などのオーダー管理業務から、売上認識に必要な書類確認、インボイス作成、入金確認までの一連の経理関連業務まで幅広くご担当いただきます。
また、顧客からの注文、技術、支払いに関する問い合わせやクレーム対応（ほとんどないですが、あっても取次程度）、適切な解決策の提供、および関連チームとの調整（注文変更、納期調整、与信管理など）を通じて、お客様の満足度向上を目指します。
他主な業務として、売上認識に必要な書類の確認、監査対応、プロセス管理があり、いち案件規模は小中型～大型プロジェクトまで多岐にわたります。

営業サポート（受発注）および受注管理の経験
貿易管理（輸入）の経験
日​​本語能力試験N1レベル
英語中級レベル

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for providing internal and external customer service, including technical support, order, and payment-related assistance, claims management. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant functions to ensure complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing customer satisfaction by providing appropriate solutions.
The work model for the role is Hybrid
This role is contributing to the ELDS, Electrificaiton in Japan.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Receiving purchase orders from sales, entering data into SAP, and creating purchase orders (POs) .
Order management tasks such as inventory management, delivery management, and logistics arrangements.
Verification of documents necessary for sales recognition.
Invoice creation
A series of accounting-related tasks up to payment confirmation We aim to improve customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries and complaints regarding orders, technology, and payments (rarely, and usually just forwarding), providing appropriate solutions, and coordinating with related teams (order changes, delivery date adjustments, credit management, etc.).
Other main tasks include verifying documents necessary for sales recognition, audit support, and process management.
Project sizes range from small-medium to large-scale projects.
Qualifications for the role
Woking experience with using SAP
Experience in sales support (order processng) and order management
Experience in trade administration (import)
JLPT N1 level of Japanese
Intermediate of English
