SME – Chemical Plants

The SME will support Greenfield Feed Engineering, conceptual studies, detailed engineering, brownfield modifications studies, plant modernization and management of change initiatives. The role will serve as a technical adviser / expert to multidisciplinary engineering teams ensuring engineering changes are technically sound, safe, compliant, cost effective and practically feasible to implement.
The candidate should possess extensive experience in plant engineering environment with strong exposure to engineering design, project execution, safety, and plant modification projects across all chemical industries. Additional knowledge of construction related activities, operations, maintenance or field related engineering will be considered as a significant advantage.
Qualification: -
Experience: - 20+ years of experience
Education: - B.E. / M.E. in relevant engineering discipline.
Key Responsibility: -
Support sales / pre-sales during bidding stage.
Contribute to technical proposal development and technical effort evaluation.
Provide technical guidance for projects in Chemical industries.
Support Conceptual Green filed Design, FEED, Detailed Engineering, and Brownfield Engineering projects.
Multidisciplinary coordination.
Developed best engineering practice and support competency development related to Chemical l/ MOC / Engineering projects.
Perform technical reviews of multidisciplinary engineering deliverables.
Support plant modernization, revamp, debottlenecking, and capacity expansion studies.
Identify engineering risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
