Experience with Indigo Payroll / Shireburn Software and Indigo Insights
Knowledge of Maltese payroll legislation and statutory reporting
Hospitality or high-volume payroll experience
Experience in payroll, HR administration, or accounting
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Manage monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with Maltese payroll, tax, and social security requirements
Prepare statutory returns including FS3, FS5 and FS7 submissions
Produce payroll, labour cost and workforce reports using Indigo Payroll and Indigo Insights
Support Heads of Department with payroll and labour data analysis
Identify opportunities to improve and automate payroll processes
Maintain accurate records while ensuring confidentiality and GDPR compliance
Support HR projects, process improvements, and wider HR initiatives, collaborating with the team to deliver an efficient and positive employee experience.
