This position reports to:
Sales Support Manager

Your role and responsibilities
Support the sales team and customers by identifying cost-effective, technically suitable solutions and contributing to complex offer preparations
Provide technical consultation in meetings, presentations, and negotiations, ensuring accurate communication of technical details
Lead the development of technical/commercial offers per customer specifications, coordinating with relevant internal teams
Manage contract negotiations in line with ABB terms, analyze lost opportunities, and support project handovers and improvements
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in MV switchgear business; experience with MV systems and switchgear design/sales is preferred
Skilled in reading technical specifications, preparing deviation lists, and completing datasheets for MV switchgears
Experience in contractual negotiations and technical clarifications is preferred
Fluent in English and Turkish (proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus); proficient in MS Office; culturally adaptable and open to international travel
Based in Dilovası – Candidates residing between Kocaeli and Istanbul Anatolian Side are encouraged to apply.
