As a Team Member-Investigation, you will be an integral part of our Support Services-Vigilance team, working closely with investigators and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support during investigations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, manage case files, and assist in the collection and analysis of data.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as law, business, or criminology, is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office suite and other relevant software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Strong analytical skills and a logical mindset.
Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing regulatory requirements.

Provide administrative support to the investigation team, including document management, record-keeping, and data entry.
Assist in the preparation and organization of case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible.
Conduct initial research and data analysis to support ongoing investigations.
Liaise with external parties, such as regulatory bodies and legal professionals, to gather information and coordinate activities.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of investigation protocols and standard operating procedures.
Support the team in identifying and mitigating potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to investigations.
Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the investigation team lead.
