Job Title: Neoload Performance Testing
Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune
Educational Background: Post graduation/bachelor’s degree.
Key Responsibilities
4-7 years of experience on any Web Apps/ SAP/ API's
Define the test plan/ strategy/ approach for Load and Performance Testing
Identify the performance scope and requirements in collaboration with SME's
Excellent hands on knowledge in Neoload Performance Testing Tool
Be able to develop, maintain and execute test scripts in Neoload
Be able to develop work load model (user count, sessions, duration, TPS, hits)
Identify and Prepare test data required for performance testing
Should know Test management tools like Spira
Capture statistics and identify potential performance bottlenecks
Prepare Executive summary report after performance testing
Good communication and analytical skills
Be able to identify the issues during load testing, and fix the scripts
Be able to identify the bottlenecks and report back to the project teams
