Responsibilities
Own all aspects of the immediate area of work, typically designing and implementing projects that span multiple quarters with minimal supervision. Be able to grow as a subject matter expert (SME) of the assigned area.
Scope ambiguous problems, research possible solutions/technologies, and recommend solutions considering short-term and long-term needs.
Lead and set technical direction and priorities projects with a small team of engineers (3-4). Perform design and implementation of high-complexity features. Deliver robust, production-ready code for storage solutions that address the specific demands of AI/ML workloads.
Act as a point of contact for cross-functional partners, aligning objectives and timelines with adjacent teams.
Influence beyond yourself, impacting team members and adjacent teams.
