SAP BASIS Lead

Lead (Hyd/Pun/Pan India)
1. Team Leadership & Governance
Technically able to lead a team of 20 plus resources.
Implements best practices across teams for BASIS activities.
Ensure proactive approach across the team and drive initiatives for greater qualitative and quantitative improvements and capacity planning.
Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with SAP, Customers and SAP Internal teams involving different modules and drive the action Items to closure.
Implement Continuous Improvement with clear roadmap for every quarter.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ensures to follow process and fill process gaps proactively while working with team and stakeholders.
3. Technical Expertise
Managed installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems including ECC, S/4HANA, BW/BI, CRM, SCM, Solution Manager, PI/PO, BTP, and Portal.
Handled upgrades, system refreshes, client copies, transport management, and support packages.
Good troubleshooting skills to analyse and resolve performance issues, dumps, logs, and network/integration failures.
Cloud & Integration - Manage SAP deployments on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP/private cloud).
Support hybrid landscapes, SAP Cloud Connector, and BTP services.
Able to handle day to day BASIS technical activities and P1/P2 incidents.
Experience in SAP HANA & Database Management
Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents.
Experience in integration of SAP with external systems via RFCs, Web Services, and middleware.
Experience in managing Disaster Recovery & High Availability
Good To Have Skills:
Contains working experience in managing multiple customers.
