About Role:
We are looking for a full-stack AI/ML Engineer who can own the entire intelligence lifecycle - from data analysis and model research, through production GenAI deployment, to scalable software engineering. This is not a pure research or pure DevOps role; it sits at the intersection of all three.
Data Science: Statistical analysis, feature engineering, experiment design, model evaluation & business insight
ML / GenAI: Train, fine-tune & serve ML models; build LLM pipelines, RAG systems & agentic workflows
MLOps & Engineering: Production deployment, CI/CD, model monitoring, API design & scalable infrastructure
Roles & Responsibilities:
Data science: Design and run A/B & causal experiments; build feature pipelines; translate model outputs into business recommendations
ML modelling: Build, train and evaluate classical ML and deep learning models (classification, regression, ranking, NLP)
GenAI & LLMs: Design RAG pipelines, fine-tune LLMs, build multi-agent systems, optimize prompt chains for production reliability
Deployment: Containerize and serve models via REST/gRPC APIs; implement CI/CD for ML; set up drift detection and model monitoring
Collaboration: Partner with product, data engineering and business stakeholders to translate problems into ML solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong Python and SQL programming
Machine Learning using PyTorch or TensorFlow
Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph
OpenAI or Anthropic APIs
FastAPI or Flask
Docker, Kubernetes, and Git
MLflow or Weights & Biases (W&B)
AWS, Azure, or GCP
Statistical analysis and A/B testing
Vector databases such as Pinecone or Chroma
Good to Have:
Spark or Databricks
Kafka
LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning
Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience in FinTech or Banking domain
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
Hands-on experience building and deploying production-scale AI/ML solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
