Candidate Profile
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in Foundry Operations
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
Key Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Moulding Shop / Melting Shop operations
• Relevant experience in Grey Cast Iron Foundry will be preferred
• Good understanding of foundry processes, production, quality and safety
• Ability to lead teams and manage shop-floor operations
• Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills
