Why This Role Exists
KwikShop works with D2C brands to help them grow Delivered GMV while protecting Contribution Margin.
We are building a high-leverage operating model where a small team can manage and grow an increasingly large portfolio of brands using AI, data and productised workflows. As an AI Intern, you will work like a mini-GM for D2C brands — understanding their P&L, identifying growth opportunities, driving execution and using AI to automate repetitive work. This is not a traditional research or analytics internship. You will work on real brands, real GMV and real business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Analyse brand P&Ls across revenue, COGS, marketing spend, discounts, logistics, RTO, payment costs and contribution margin.
Diagnose growth opportunities across Source, Convert, Average Up, Loop Back and Evangelism.
Build and execute 90-day growth plans with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Monitor key D2C metrics including GMV, orders, CVR, AOV, CAC/CPO, ROAS, RTO, repeat rate and contribution margin.
Audit Shopify storefronts and PDPs to identify conversion leaks and develop CRO hypotheses and experiments.
Execute and improve growth playbooks across First-Time, Sale, BAU, Growth and Hyper-Growth situations.
Identify business performance issues early and recommend corrective actions.
Support weekly business reviews with founders through data-backed insights and recommendations.
Identify repetitive workflows and use AI agents and automation to eliminate manual work.
Capture learnings across brands and turn them into repeatable playbooks.
Who You Are
Highly curious about AI, agents, automation and how technology can change the way businesses operate.
Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and basic business analysis.
Excited by P&Ls, unit economics and understanding how a business makes money.
Interested in D2C, eCommerce, growth and performance marketing.
Able to move between data, strategy and execution without needing everything to be perfectly defined.
A fast learner who can pick up new tools and concepts quickly.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
High-agency — you see a problem and figure out how to solve it rather than waiting for instructions.
Someone who has experimented with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, n8n, Make or similar tools is a strong plus.
