About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Quality to join the E-Consult Operations
Quality team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the healthcare industry and a good
understanding of Medical Examination Reports (MER) and healthcare-related documentation.
The role will involve conducting quality checks on MERs completed by doctors, ensuring that all
medical and customer details are accurately captured, complete, and compliant with the defined
process and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Perform quality checks on Medical Examination Reports (MER) completed by doctors.
● Cross-check MER details against the available consultation/medical information and verify
the accuracy of data entered by doctors.
● Identify errors, missing information, discrepancies, or incorrect entries in MERs.
● Ensure all mandatory medical and customer details are accurately captured.
● Maintain defined quality standards, accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
● Document quality findings and highlight recurring errors or process gaps.
● Coordinate with doctors and internal operations teams for clarification and error resolution.
● Provide constructive feedback to doctors based on identified quality issues.
● Maintain daily QC reports, trackers, and productivity dashboards.
● Support the team in identifying process improvement opportunities.
● Escalate critical or repeated quality issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
● Ensure adherence to SOPs, process guidelines, and healthcare documentation standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in Quality, Medical
Operations, Healthcare Operations, or a similar role.
● Good working knowledge of Medical Examination Reports (MER).
● Ability to understand and verify medical/health-related information and documentation.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
● Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
● Comfortable working in rotational shifts and a 6-day working environment.
Mandatory Language Requirement
Candidate must be proficient in all of the following languages:
● Tamil
● Telugu
● Malayalam
● Kannada
Proficiency in all of the above regional languages is mandatory.
Education
● Graduate or above.
● Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Allied
Healthcare, or related fields will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have:
● Healthcare industry experience with strong knowledge of medical documentation.
● Practical understanding of MER and related medical examination processes.
● Experience in quality checking/auditing healthcare or medical documents.
● Strong attention to detail with a quality-oriented mindset.
● Ability to identify errors and provide actionable feedback.
● Good Excel and reporting skills.
● Willingness to work from the Gurugram office and in rotational shifts.
