The following capabilities and qualifications would be advantageous:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality
Strong commitment to guest service
Excellent grooming and professional standards
Flexible and a strong team player
Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations
Cash-handling experience is an advantage
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Welcome and delight our guests: Greet every guest warmly and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure.
Manage guest queries: Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure an excellent experience.
Know the menu and restaurant: Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, products, promotions, and restaurant seating arrangements to confidently assist guests.
Assist with reservations and seating: Manage seating arrangements efficiently and assist callers courteously, taking accurate messages and passing them to the appropriate person without delay.
Maintain professional standards: Follow Hilton Grooming Standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene requirements.
Follow procedures and regulations: Report issues through the correct procedures and comply with hotel security, fire, health, and safety regulations.
