Quality Analyst I - Reporting
What you will do
Responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and effectiveness of learning solutions and operational processes delivered by the L&D Shared Services team. Partner with cross-functional teams to conduct quality reviews, testing, audits, and data analysis to ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, business requirements, and quality standards.
How you will do it
Conduct quality reviews of eLearning, ILT/VILT, videos, job aids, LMS content, SharePoint sites, and digital learning solutions.
Perform manual testing of LMS platforms, learning technologies, and workflow applications.
Validate content accuracy, functionality, accessibility, branding, learner experience, and business requirements.
Identify, track, analyze, and report defects and quality issues.
Analyze quality trends and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Support audits, governance reviews, compliance assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain quality checklists, review frameworks, and standard operating procedures.
Create quality dashboards, reports, and metrics using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.
Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process standardization, and quality improvement efforts.
Mentor junior team members and promote quality best practices.
What we look for
Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university.
5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Learning Quality, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, or Learning Operations.
Experience supporting LMS, digital learning, and Shared Services environments.
Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Specialized Skills:
Knowledge of instructional design, learning principles, SCORM, and xAPI.
Experience with LMS, learning technologies, and digital learning solutions.
Strong understanding of quality assurance, manual testing, and defect management.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and testing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Python, R, or SAS.
Experience with structured/unstructured data analysis and statistical techniques.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization.
Experience in data mining, KPI reporting, trend analysis, and data storytelling.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), process auditing, and continuous improvement.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred

Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Experience in L&D Shared Services or Learning Operations.
Exposure to Agile project delivery methodologies.
