What success looks like in this role:
We’re seeking a hands-on Campus IT Engineer to provide on-site support for one of our valued clients — a world-leading company renowned for engineering high-performance household appliances.
In this role, you’ll be the trusted IT partner on campus, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving technical challenges, and keeping systems and meeting spaces running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support
Provide deskside support for critical and high-priority users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues across Windows, macOS (Apple products) , and Linux
Assist with onboarding by setting up equipment and accounts for new employees
Hardware & Asset Management
Assemble and configure workstations (PCs, laptops, monitors)
Perform physical repairs (RAM, SSD, battery replacements)
Manage IT asset inventory and stock levels
Set up and maintain office peripherals (printers, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
AV & Meeting Room Technology
Support and troubleshoot meeting room audio-visual equipment, including Crestron systems
Tools & Compliance
Use JAMF, Intune, and ServiceNow for device management and ticketing
Follow company security policies and IT procedures
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
4–6 years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux
Experience with hardware repairs and workstation setup
Familiarity with endpoint management tools (JAMF, Intune) and ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
Nice to Have
Technical certification or Associate Degree in IT or related field
Experience with AV/Crestron equipment
Other Requirements
Based in or willing to commute to Senai, Johor
Availability for occasional after-hours support when required
