Staff Software Engineer

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
Experience with cost and performance modeling for data center infrastructure, and ML hardware.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex distributed systems.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for solving the cell resource optimization and cell densification which enables the growth needed for the AI/ML infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership, guide and mentor other engineers, ensuring technical excellence across projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement long-term technical goals and address open-ended problem.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
Mentor junior engineers and share expertise to help develop future technical leaders.
