5-9 years in Operations Transformation, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Contact Center, or Enterprise Operations
Proven track record of delivering measurable transformation outcomes
Expertise in process improvement, automation (RPAorworkflows), analytics, and AIorGenAI
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management
Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth What are we looking for?
Business Transformation and Automation knowledge
Process Mapping and Analysis (six sigma or comparable)
Process Design Support
Support Operational KPI Development, Measurement, and Analysis
Root Cause Analysis
Support Business Case Development and Tracking
AI, Gen AI basic understanding Roles and Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end operations transformation initiatives across customer operations, back office, and shared services environments
Analyze existing (as-is) processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, automation opportunities, and value levers
Design future-state (to-be) processes, operating models, and governance frameworks aligned to client goals
Apply Lean, Business Excellence, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes
Identify and support deployment of automation (RPA), digital workflow, analytics, and AIorGenAI use cases
Track and report transformation benefits across cost, productivity, quality, customer experience etc
Work with stakeholders, delivery leaders, and cross-functional internal teams to drive execution
Contribute to creation of transformation assets, playbooks, and best practices
