About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

As Strategy and execution manager, you will help accelerate the Digital Analytics agenda by turning strategic priorities into measurable outcomes via clear operating plans, decision-ready forums, and focused execution across the organization. You will create impact by strengthening leadership alignment, improving decision speed, driving disciplined follow-through on key priorities, and ensuring progress is visible through OKRs and business reviews. Reporting to the Head of Digital Analytics, you will partner closely with leaders across Digital Product, Technology, Data and Analytics. At the center of a complex, matrixed environment, you will connect teams, surface risks and trade-offs, translate feedback into action, and build the routines, materials, and engagement mechanisms that help the organization move with focus, accountability, and momentum.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head of Digital Analytics and leadership team: synthesize inputs, frame decisions and trade-offs, flag risks early, and exercise sound judgment on matters requiring discretion.
Establish operating cadence for the organization: Design and facilitate staff meetings, leadership routines, strategic deep dives, monthly business reviews, and high-profile org-wide events. Ensure every forum has a clear purpose, aligned agenda, pre-read materials, named owners, timelines, and documented follow-through.
Drive strategic execution: Partner with leadership team to translate strategic priorities into prioritized plans with clear outcomes, owners, dependencies, and milestones. Manage OKRs, scorecards, and KPI tracking to surface blockers, resource trade-offs, and decision points in real time.
Executive communications & progress visibility: Draft executive-ready updates, talking points, business reviews, and leadership presentations that frame business progress, risks, opportunities, and recommendations concisely for senior audiences, ensuring stakeholders and leadership have a clear, current line of sight into what’s on track, what’s at risk, and what needs a decision.
Culture, recognition & engagement: Drive recognition, leadership visibility, and engagement through repeatable mechanisms that reinforce business priorities, celebrate outcomes, and strengthen operating behaviors.
Governance, Risk & Controls: Develop understanding of risk & controls policies; coordinate governance, risk, controls, remediation, audit/regulatory readiness, and related documentation in partnership with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Controls, and Internal Audit.
