Job Summary
The Social Impact Program Manager supports the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of NetApp's Social Impact programs across India. This role manages day-to-day operations for employee community engagement and CSR initiatives while partnering with nonprofit organizations, employee volunteers, business leaders, and global stakeholders to deliver meaningful community impact.
The role combines strong program management, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and communications capabilities to help scale Social Impact programs and employee participation.
Job Requirements
India CSR Operations & Community Partnerships
Support the administration and implementation of India CSR programs and community partnerships.
Coordinate with nonprofit organizations to manage program activities, impact reporting, site visits, and employee engagement opportunities.
Track program outcomes, budgets, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Assist in maintaining governance processes and reporting requirements for India CSR initiatives.
Employee Community Engagement
Execute assigned regional and global Social Impact initiatives, including Global Volunteer Month and the Global Giving Challenge, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to established goals.
Curate volunteer opportunities and engagement experiences that encourage participation and community impact.
Develop communications, recognition activities, and participation strategies that increase employee engagement.
Program Management and Delivery
Manage the planning and execution of volunteer programs, giving campaigns, nonprofit partnerships, and community engagement initiatives.
Ensure successful delivery of program objectives, timelines, participant experiences, and reporting requirements.
Maintain project plans, event logistics, stakeholder communications, and program documentation.
Reporting & Process Excellence
Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, reporting processes, and operational documentation.
Support ESG, community impact, employee engagement, and participation reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner for nonprofit organizations, volunteers, and internal stakeholders.
Support executive participation and leadership engagement in Social Impact programs.
Facilitate meetings, communications, and program planning activities across assigned initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in program management, CSR, employee engagement, philanthropy, nonprofit management, community relations, or related fields.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting employee volunteerism and giving programs.
Familiarity with CSR reporting, nonprofit partnerships, or corporate philanthropy.
Experience using engagement or reporting platforms such as Benevity.
Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
