JOB DESCRIPTION
1. AI Engineer (3+ Years Overall Experience) - 18 Requirements
Focus areas:
GenAI application development
Agentic AI workflow development
Prompt engineering
RAG implementation
Python, LangChain, Semantic Kernel
Azure OpenAI / Google Vertex AI / AWS Bedrock
LLM integration, testing, evaluation
AI observability and MLOps basics
2. AI Lead (5+ Years Overall Experience) - 4 Requirements
Focus areas:
AI solution ownership
Agentic architecture design
AI delivery leadership
Stakeholder management
AI governance and Responsible AI
Team mentoring
AI platform strategy
Enterprise-scale GenAI implementation
