Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based in Lucknow and involves working closely with customers and internal teams to support Axis Max Life Insurance Limited’s protection and savings solutions. The role includes engaging with prospective and existing policyholders, explaining product features in a clear and compliant manner, and assisting in policy onboarding and servicing. Day-to-day responsibilities may involve maintaining accurate records, coordinating with branch and operations staff, and adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires contributing to a customer-centric experience, meeting assigned performance targets, and participating in regular training and development activities.
Qualifications
Ability to build strong customer relationships, communicate clearly, and deliver service in a professional, respectful, and inclusive manner.
Basic understanding of financial or insurance products, with the capacity to learn detailed features of life insurance and savings solutions.
Comfort with on-site branch operations, including documentation, data entry, and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple customer interactions and tasks throughout the day.
Proficiency with common office software tools and willingness to work with company systems and portals.
Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience in banking, insurance, or financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and continuous learning in a dynamic environment.
