We are a fast-paced collaborative team at LatentView Analytics working in the financial services domain. We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Analyst with 3+ years of experience in data analytics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data infrastructure and strategic insights, collaborating across teams to turn raw data into compelling stories that drive decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
● Translate complex business problems into clear analytics requirements,
working with data teams to ensure data availability, accuracy and accessibility.
● Proficiently manage stakeholders with evolving business priorities, ensure focus on high-impact initiatives and timely delivery.
● Synthesize complex data into strategic, actionable recommendations, tailoring narratives for technical and non-technical audiences.
● Design and build scalable data pipelines, dashboards and analytics solutions to support dynamic business needs across marketing, product, and sales.
● Mentor junior analysts, ensure high quality well-rounded solutions, and help foster a data-driven culture of impact and success.
What You'll Bring:
● Highly Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and Power BI.
● Experience in Python, Statistics, Sales Analytics and/or FinTech/Payments industry is preferred.
● Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that informs business strategy.
● Excellent communication skills, with a talent for data storytelling and effective stakeholder engagement.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics or related fields.
