As a Business Analysis Associate in Chase Travel, you partner with stakeholders to define priorities, translate data into actionable insights, and support strong governance routines. You lead structured discovery, document requirements and processes, and present clear findings to a range of audiences. You also identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational performance for advisors and customers.
Job responsibilities
Partner with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to share updates on trends, dependencies, and emerging concerns
Analyze data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
Build repeatable reporting, trackers, and tools to support operational performance and adherence to enterprise requirements
Gather and document business requirements, current-state and future-state process flows, key handoffs, and success measures
Facilitate information gathering sessions and synthesize outcomes into actionable documentation and plans
Assess change requests by evaluating upstream and downstream operational impacts, customer and employee experience, and control considerations
Identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions
Collaborate with reporting partners to uncover trends and deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting
Maintain governance, risk, and control documentation and logs, including evidence collection and validation with process owners and partners
Track remediation actions, milestones, and outcomes, and escalate issues within established parameters
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, process improvement, reporting and analytics, governance, or risk and controls (or equivalent)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into clear insights and actions
Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes, issues, actions, and decisions with strong attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to use automation to improve reporting and repeatable processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting structured updates to varied audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and follow-through
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in privacy governance, customer corrections, or travel operations
