Sales Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:
What you’ll do:
• Reporting & Dashboard Ownership
Own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of core sales dashboards and reports, including pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and productivity metrics. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of reporting.
• Advanced Data Analysis & Insights
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Forecasting & Pipeline Management
Partner with Sales Operations to support the forecasting process, including pipeline analysis, data validation, and identification of key drivers impacting forecast accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
Serve as a key point of contact for analytics support across Sales, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate to understand business needs and deliver insights that drive performance.
• Process Improvement & Automation
Identify and lead initiatives to streamline reporting, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort through automation and better data processes.
• Mentorship & Team Support
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior analysts. Support best practices in reporting, analysis, and data management.
Qualifications : Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Master's Degree Preferred.
5–10 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, or a related field
What you need to bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets
Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong SQL skills; experience with Python or similar tools preferred
Solid understanding of sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies
High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Success Measures
Ownership and reliability of core sales reporting and dashboards
Improved forecast visibility and insight into pipeline performance
Measurable improvements in data quality and reporting consistency
Increased efficiency through automation and process improvements
Strong stakeholder trust and satisfaction with analytics support
