Prepare and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development guidelines. Mentor team members, provide technical direction, and support their professional development. Monitor project progress, allocate tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of development activities.
