Position Overview
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management programs supporting OCI's rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure portfolio.
Reporting to the Director or Senior Director of Supply Chain Operations, this individual contributor will own the operational execution of complex hardware programs from concept through production ramp, sustaining engineering, and end-of-life. As the operational leader for assigned programs, you will coordinate globally distributed teams across Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement, and Data Center Operations to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle execution.
This role requires exceptional program management, operational expertise, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver products with speed, quality, and operational readiness. Success is measured by predictable execution, proactive risk management, and enabling scalable deployment of OCI infrastructure worldwide.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities
New Product Introduction (NPI) Program Leadership
Own end-to-end operational execution for complex NPI programs supporting OCI hardware and infrastructure products.
Develop integrated program plans that align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and deployment organizations.
Identify technical risks and dependencies that could impact launch schedule.
Participate in technology and product roadmap reviews, technical design discussions, and complex hardware design issues with sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, identify risks, and drive resolution of open issues
Ensure test infrastructure, test code, and production tooling are available to support manufacturing builds for launch.
Drive all NPI phase gate and exit criteria to ensure operational readiness before launch.
Drive execution across all phases of product introduction, ensuring milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and launch readiness remain on track.
Coordinate global cross-functional teams to deliver successful product launches while balancing cost, schedule, quality, and supply continuity.
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned NPI programs.
Program Execution & Change Management
Drive alignment between Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering throughout product builds and production ramps.
Coordinate manufacturing readiness, material availability, production schedules, budgets, and deployment planning.
Drive execution and solve complex technical and operational problems across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
Possess deep technical understanding of the hardware product they are releasing or supporting. Ability to investigate technical issues and operational risk that will impact product release or revenue on a sustaining program.
Proactively identify program risks, assess operational impacts, and drive mitigation strategies across engineering and supply chain organizations.
Ensure engineering changes, schedule adjustments, and operational decisions are effectively communicated and executed.
Support compliance with internal governance processes and operational readiness requirements.
Governance & Program Management
Develop and manage detailed program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and phase gate meetings.
Track program health using metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Drive issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders across multiple organizations.
Ensure launch criteria and operational readiness requirements are successfully achieved prior to production release.
Product Lifecycle Management
Manage products beyond initial launch through sustaining engineering, lifecycle planning, and end-of-life activities.
Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), product revisions, supplier transitions, and manufacturing updates.
Lead stop-ship actions and drive long term corrective actions through the investigation of complex technical and operational issues and lead root-cause analysis and remediation efforts.
Identify and resolve technical and operational blockers affecting manufacturing and test.
Coordinate across engineering and other supply chain teams to resolve complex execution issues.
Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to qualify alternate sources and reduce supply risk.
Lead operational planning for hardware product release, inventory disposition, product transitions, and end-of-life execution.
Support continuous improvement of lifecycle management processes and operational governance.
