Job Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment (Bulk -BPO hiring preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Apna, WorkIndia, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
Work Details
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (Based on experience)
Shift: Day Shift (10-7:30 Subjected might get extended if you do not meet the target)
