Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the recruitment process.
