Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Manager role based in Chennai. The Leasing Manager will
handle
leasing activities
for Phase 1 of the Industrial & Logistics Park at Oragadam Chennai
ensuring
successful leasing at the Park with support from Team spread across Chennai and Mumbai (Head Office).
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in leases and lease administration especially for Industrial Logistics Assets
Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Relevant experience in real estate leasing or property management, preferably in Industrial Logistics developments.
Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
