Job Description ͏ ͏ ͏ ͏ Key Responsibilities:
Manage executive relationships with ERGO CIOs, CTOs, Architects, and Technology Leaders.
Lead Application Portfolio Rationalization, Discovery, Cloud Readiness Assessments, and Modernization Roadmaps.
Conduct application assessments and define Retain, Retire, Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, and Replace recommendations.
Drive APR opportunities across 26+ ERGO affiliates and convert assessments into transformation programs.
Secure and manage Microsoft Moonshot, Azure funding, AWS MAP, and AWS WALT programs.
Lead customer workshops, architecture reviews, business case creation, and executive presentations.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, cloud, and delivery teams to grow the ERGO portfolio.
Provide technical governance and architecture leadership for cloud modernization initiatives.
Required Skills:
12–15+ years of IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or modernization experience.
Strong expertise in:
Application Portfolio Rationalization (APR)
Enterprise Architecture
Azure & AWS Cloud Platforms
Cloud Migration & Modernization
Technical Debt & Application Assessment
Business Case & TCO Analysis
Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Insurance / Financial Services preferred.
