工作描述：
负责区域内各项活动执行落地，动销方案推动，资源调配项目跟进，配合完成区域
内销售指标及动销指标达成；
制定市场发展营销策略、市场定位及发展目标，审核并组织策划方案和推广计划；
大区动销类费用使用及管理，区域内业务数据分析跟进，网点管理及渠道分销管理；
市场信息管理：关注、搜集行业市场信息，整理过滤后进行反应或反馈；
跨部门沟通：通过与市场总部、销售部、商务部、财务部、合规部等部门密切合作，保证区域市场各项工作顺利进行。
