Specialist – Tech Vendor Management
AI-enabled Revenue Assurance & Billing Intelligence
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Specialist – Tech Vendor Management to support supplier compliance, vendor lifecycle management, deal setup in V360, and multi-country billing enablement across telecom and enterprise services.
This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing readiness, vendor alignment, and revenue assurance outcomes by leveraging AI-driven tools, analytics, and workflow-based controls. The candidate will operate at the intersection of vendor management, billing operations, and revenue assurance, ensuring seamless translation from deal setup to automated billing and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management & Supplier Governance
Support vendor onboarding, front desk coordination, and vendor lifecycle management
Ensure alignment of vendor deliverables with billing, contract, and operational requirements
Track vendor performance, compliance adherence, and issue resolution
Deal Setup & Billing Readiness (V360)
Manage deal setup and configuration in V360, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Validate key inputs including:
Product structures
Pricing and commercial terms
Billing triggers and account hierarchies
Enable seamless deal-to-billing transition for automated invoicing
Multi-Country Billing Enablement
Support billing setup across multiple geographies, including:
Multi-currency handling
Tax and regulatory considerations
Regional billing requirements
Ensure correct mapping of vendor inputs to country-specific billing systems and outputs
Revenue Assurance & Billing Intelligence
Execute billing validation, reconciliation, and exception tracking
Identify revenue leakage, billing gaps, and discrepancies
Support resolution through structured root cause analysis and corrective actions
AI-driven Controls & Analytics
Leverage AI-enabled tools for anomaly detection, exception prioritization, and billing insights
Support automation of:
Billing validation checks
Exception handling workflows
Revenue assurance monitoring
Use dashboards and analytics to improve visibility into billing accuracy and risks
Compliance Framework & Governance
Ensure adherence to supplier compliance standards, contract terms, and billing policies
Maintain documentation for:
Audit readiness
Control tracking
Governance reviews
Support compliance monitoring and issue escalation
Stakeholder Coordination
Partner with Sales Support, Vendor Management, Billing, Finance, Product, and Technology teams
Coordinate with vendors/OEMs to resolve billing setup issues, compliance gaps, and exceptions
Provide structured updates on billing readiness, risks, and issue closure
Required Qualifications
10–12 years of experience in vendor management, billing operations, revenue assurance, or telecom operations
Strong understanding of:
Billing lifecycle and revenue assurance processes
Vendor contracts and commercial constructs
Multi-country billing environments
Experience working with workflow tools, billing systems, or platforms like V360 (or similar)
Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to AI/automation tools for billing validation, anomaly detection, and analytics
Experience in telecom / enterprise services environments
Familiarity with OSS/BSS, billing platforms, or revenue assurance tools
Understanding of compliance, audit, and governance frameworks
